CHARITY DAY JULY 2026

In July, our Monthly Charity Day, (Thursday July 10)— where we donate 15% of the value of each book sold in the shop and online to a charity or organisation that we love to support — will be in support of Vinnies’ Gift a Night off the Streets Appeal.

Vinnies’ Gift a Night off the Streets Appeal provides a warm bed, hot meal and clean clothes to a person struggling on our streets in the cold tonight. Your donation supports a night of accommodation for a person living on our streets. Vinnies are hoping to urgently raise $111,836 to provide 1,645 nights of crisis accommodation, warm beds, showers, basic hygiene essentials, clean clothes and hot meals to people experiencing homelessness this winter.

Last Charity Day in June, with your support we were able to donate to The Indigenous Literacy Foundation’s Book Supply Drive. The ILF’s Drive delivers books to kids in over 500 remote Communities. The right book at the right age makes a real difference. Every Book Supply pack is curated across 4 age groups, from toddlers to young adults. A Community-led panel selects every title to ensure it is culturally relevant and safe, so children can choose books that reflect who they are and who they are becoming.
